Puppy Transportation & Delivery Policy

At our kennel, the safety and comfort of our puppies are our highest priority. Long car journeys can be extremely stressful and unsafe for young puppies, especially when not handled by trained professionals. That’s why, for clients located more than 7 hours away, we personally manage the delivery of our puppies or work exclusively with trusted and experienced animal transportation services.

Health & Safety First

Before any puppy is delivered, our licensed veterinarian performs a thorough health examination, including a fecal test to ensure the puppy is free from worms or parasites.

We only ship our puppies using airlines that have a Pet Safety Program or through specialized and certified animal couriers to guarantee the highest standard of care during transit.

Delivery Process

Once payment for the puppy is received, we will:

• Schedule the delivery or book the flight.

• Provide you with a complete travel itinerary, including flight details, tracking number (AWB), and pickup or delivery instructions.

You will be able to track your puppy’s journey using the provided tracking number. Most puppies are shipped early in the morning and arrive the same day or early the following morning, depending on the flight schedule.

Door-to-Door Convenience

We deliver your puppy to the closest airport near your location, and from there, the puppy is safely transported directly to your home. There’s no need for you to leave the comfort of your home—simply relax and await the arrival of your new family member.

If you prefer to pick up your puppy from the airport instead, we’re happy to accommodate your request.

Shipping Conditions

Each puppy is transported in a secure, electronically regulated pet travel crate designed to maintain a stable internal temperature regardless of external weather conditions. The crate is also equipped with:

• A constant supply of fresh water and food

• A label with your full name, address, and contact number for secure delivery

This ensures your puppy remains safe, comfortable, and well-nourished throughout the journey.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your puppy is at least 8 weeks old and all required health documents are in place, delivery is typically completed within 4–8 hours the same day, or by the next morning.

Note: We require at least 2 hours to book the airline ticket. This allows us to secure the best possible fare and schedule for your puppy. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
